32nd Day of the Omer
The Dove of Silence:
I prayed.
Be gracious unto me for I am surrounded by people who wish to consume me.
And then came the day when I was most afraid
and I put my trust in You. When I surrender to faith,
fear steps aside and I fall silent.
What power do others truly have over my spirit?
Peace is like a dove, gracefully soaring, silent, humble in beauty.

Praised be you Adonai our God who rules the Universe instilling within us the holiness of mitzvot by commanding us to count the Omer.
Today is the thirty-second day - four weeks and four days of the Omer.
