Marc SwatezExecutive Director is responsible for guiding the congregation’s facilities, finances, and membership activities. He holds a Doctorate in Sociology from Northwestern University. Dr. Swatez is on the Board of the National Association of Temple Administrators and has earned his Fellow in Temple Administration (FTA) certification. An active scholar, he is the current editor of the NATA Journal and has taught at both their annual conventions and their Summer Institute.
